      党政办公室作为高校的综合部门，是学校联系内外、沟通上下、协调左右的中心枢纽，综合协调工作是重要职能之一。党政办公室综合协调工作的主要内容包括领导班子成员之间的协调，领导与师生员工之间的协调，内部各中层单位之间的协调，与上级领导部门、兄弟院校之间的协调。做好综合协调工作，应把握综合协调工作的原则，掌握综合协调工作的技巧，努力提升综合协调工作能力。

      As the comprehensive department of the colleges, the party and government office is the central hub of the school's communication, communication and coordination, and comprehensive coordination is one of the important functions.
