      实现乡村振兴战略,农业产业振兴是关键,面临农产品生产与消费的新时代特征,实施“保品质、创品牌、提品位”的农产品“三品策略”,有利于转变农业发展方式,推进农业供给侧结构性改革。“三品策略”在实施中,以保品质为基础,以创品牌为抓手,以提品位为高层次要求,三者共同发力,推进现代农业生产体系、经营体系及产业体系的建立,实现农业产业振兴、乡村富裕的目标。
英文摘要:
      Revitalization of agricultural industry is the key of realizing the strategy of rural revitalization. Facing the new characteristics of agricultural production and consumption, the strategy of "assuring quality, establishing brand, increasing the grade" is helpful to change agricultural development pattern and beneficial to agricultural supply-side structural reform. In the process of the strategy implementation, quality assurance is the foundation, establishing brand is the grasp, and increasing the grade is the high level requirement, all the above three points work together to promote the establishment of modern agricultural production system, management system and industrial system, and then the goals of revitalizing the agricultural industry and enriching the countryside are realized.
