| 中国农村发生的嬗变使得乡土中国逐渐走向后乡土中国，在这样的社会背景下，不断涌现的新乡贤逐渐成为农村治理的新兴力量，发挥着地方治理及乡村振兴的作用。乡村振兴需要的不仅仅是纯粹的经济层面的振兴，更需要乡村共同体秩序、道德、文化层面的全面振兴。智力型民工这一特殊群体具有成为新乡贤的可能性，同时，对促进新乡贤文化建设具有重要的现实意义，在乡村振兴过程中对重塑乡村文化发挥着重要作用。 |

| The transformation in the rural areas of China has made rural China gradually move to
post rural China. Under such a social background, emerging new elite has gradually become a new force
in rural governance, and has played a role in local governance and rural regeneration. Rural rejuvenation
needs not only a pure economic level of rejuvenation, but also requires the full rejuvenation of the rural
community order, morality, and culture. This paper believes that the special group of "intellectual
migrant workers" has the possibility of becoming new elites. At the same time, it has important practical
significance for promoting the construction of new able villagers culture, and plays an important role in
reshaping rural culture in the process of rural revitalization. |
