| Based on the investigation data of the present situation of talent cultivation mode in nine
private universities in Zhengzhou City, Henan Province, this paper finds out the main problems in the
talent cultivation mode of private universities in Henan Province, and puts forward some suggestions for
perfecting the application-oriented talent cultivation mode in private universities in Henan Province.
It has a strong theoretical significance for improving the quality of talent cultivation, enhancing the
employment competitiveness and comprehensive practical ability of the students, and even better serving
the development of regional economy in Henan Province. |
