As a type of new agricultural business entities, farmers’professional cooperatives play an important role in rural revitalization. Based on the investigation of human resources of farmers’ professional cooperatives in Miyun district in Beijing, it is found that there are some problems in the development of human resources continuing education, such as insufficient internal investment, imperfect education system, unscientific development mechanism, etc. Therefore, this paper puts forward some strategies, such as perfecting specialty setting, constructing education platform, playing a role of base and improving business performance, so as to give full play to the function of human resources, and promote the high-quality development of farmers’ cooperatives. |
