In the process of winning the battle against poverty and establishing a long-term mechanism for poverty alleviation, “the First Secretary” in villages has played an important role through primary-level leadership supply, which is a sustainable force linking poverty alleviation and rural revitalization. The poverty alleviation effect of “the First Secretary” in villages is affected by many factors, among which individual leadership is an important aspect. Referring to the logical thinking of empiricism and the theoretical perspectives of transactional leadership, transformational leadership, collaborative leadership and moral leadership, this paper takes Secretary H as a case study, puts forward five leadership factors of “the First Secretary” in villages in poverty alleviation, namely, leadership charm, public service motivation, cooperation ability, resource acquisition ability and sustainability. |
