| Through the field survey of N Village Anqing City, it is found that, in rural areas with “spinningtop”agingpopulationstructure, therearemainlythreemodelsoflong-termcareservicesforthe elderly: fund raising “internal employment”, joint venture “external employment” and children “rotation”. This paper theoretically analyzes shortages of supply and demand mismatch, high cost and low benefit of care services operated by the three models, and puts forward 4P mixed models of perspective, pressure, power, pattern, so as to promote the development of long-term rural elderly care services. |
