Selecting the seedlings that had failed to graft half of the golden leaf elm at two high positions, and jointly raising the white elm and golden leaf elm to form a dual-colored crown with a towering and drooping crown, the ornamental elm, as a hairy embryo tree, was obtained. Focusing on the overall appearance of the adult male blue peacock and capturing the typical action of squatting on the tree to rest, attaching it to the metal mold of the peacock's upper body, three-dimensional processing was carried out from the middle to the upper and lower ends. Pruning and binding techniques were employed to shape it,using the green-leaved white elm to create the elegant upper body of the male peacock. Simultaneously, the golden leaf and weeping elm were used to craft the substantial lower body of the male peacock. This cultivation resulted in the shape of the ornamental elm and a male peacock squatting in the tree. It was planted in an important space within the natural garden, creating the illusion of a blue peacock settling in a botanical garden. |
