| As a new type of on-site elderly care, mutual assistance in elderly care is of great significance in alleviating the elderly care difficulties in rural areas of China.Research has found that the concept and positioning of rural mutual aid elderly care are relatively clear, which content and models are becoming increasingly diversified. Most scholars hold a positive view towards its role, but some problems have also been exposed in practice, and these problems can provide useful references for subsequent research. However, existing research also has shortcomings in research methods, research paths, research systematicity, and research breadth. In view of this, in the future, it is necessary to strengthen empirical research on the demand and effectiveness of rural mutual aid elderly care, increase research efforts on its development mechanism, further enhance its systematicity, and continuously expand its breadth and depth in combination with the new situation of rural development. |
