| 依据帕森斯结构功能理论，构建兼具结构与功能的高质量职业教育支撑体系是教育强国建设的使命与要求。职业教育和教育强国建设是结构与功能相统一的社会行动系统，“助力”和“引领”功能是两者的逻辑关系。在教育强国建设的时代主题下，职业教育应实现“适应—目标达成—整合—持续”四大功能。然而我国职业教育面临环境适应力、目标达成力、功能整合力和发展持续力4个方面不足的现实困境，严重制约着职业教育与教育强国建设。职业教育应主动与教育强国建设深度融合，找准目标定位，系统性整合内外部要素资源，将价值引领贯穿职业教育全过程。 |

| According to Parsons' theory of structural function, building a high-quality vocational education support system with both structure and function is the mission and requirement of building a powerful nation in education. The construction of a powerful nation in vocational education and in general education is a social action system with unified structure and function, and the functions of "helping" and "leading" are the logical relationship between the two. Under the theme of the times of building a strong nation in education, vocational education should realize the four functions of adaptation-goal achievement, integration, sustainability. However, China's vocational education is facing the actual dilemma being insufficient in four aspects: environmental adaptabilityqq, goal achievement, functional integration and development sustainability, which seriously restricts the construction of vocational education and the construction of a powerful nation in education. Vocational education should take the initiative to deeply integrate with the construction of a powerful nation in education, find the right goal positioning, systematically integrate internal and external elements and resources, and intergrate the value throughout the whole process of vocational education. |
